By installing or using GymGuard ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What GymGuard does
GymGuard helps you stay accountable by locking apps you choose until you verify a gym visit with a photo. Verification uses an AI model; it is not perfect and may sometimes incorrectly approve or reject a photo.
Subscriptions and purchases
- All subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, billing, refunds and cancellations are governed by Apple's standard terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel via Apple's Manage Subscriptions page.
- One-time purchases (override unlocks, schedule edits) are consumable and non-refundable once used.
Acceptable use
- You will not attempt to spoof gym verification (photos of screens, printed images, etc.). Doing so may cause the app to fail.
- You will not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer
GymGuard is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for missed workouts, locked apps you needed, or any other consequence of using the app. Use it as a motivational tool, not as a safety-critical system.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
